A calmer command center for your Mac.
Tasks, notes, and system status — right at the edge of your screen, one tap away. Without ever switching away from what you're focused on.
Not on the App Store — download directly, set up in minutes.
Three things, done right
Stay Focused
Your tasks wait at the edge of the screen; open and close them without ever leaving your main app.
See Your Mac
CPU, memory, disk, battery, and network — your whole system at a glance, with live graphs.
Capture Anything, Fast
Add whatever crosses your mind — a task or a note — in seconds, from the panel or the menu bar.
Edge Rail: a panel that lives on the edge of your screen
Rest it against any edge of your screen, open it on hover. Switch between the rail and the expanded view, tuck it away (sliver) or pin it in place — without the panel frame ever shifting.
- Can rest against any screen edge
- Sliver / peek and pinned modes
- The frame stays put while you switch icons
Tasks and notes, in one place
Group by project or tag, add priority and due dates, keep multi-line notes. Smart lists — Today, Upcoming, All, Completed — help you find what you need instantly.
- Grouping by project or tag
- Smart lists and search
- Notes you can pop out of the panel into free-floating windows
Watch your system in real time
CPU (per core), memory, disk, battery, and network speed — with live cards and graphs. Network speed tests and disk space analysis too.
This data never leaves your device.
Widgets and the menu bar
Today's tasks and a system summary in your desktop and Notification Center widgets. In the menu bar, whichever meter you want, in whichever format: bar, percentage, bytes, or graph.
Get a heads-up before it's a problem
GlassDo quietly watches two things in the background: your Mac running hot, and your Trash pile getting out of hand. You set the thresholds — the notification only shows up when it's actually worth interrupting you.
- Thermal alerts name the app using the most CPU
- Trash alerts respect the size threshold you set
- Both are off by default — turn on only what you want

Fixes
- Opening the Phone page no longer clips the window.
- The side rail no longer leaves an empty dark area below its icons.
- Page titles no longer overlap content while scrolling.
- The Network Activity panel is tidier in the side panel.

Frequently asked questions
Why isn't it on the App Store?
GlassDo uses system-level integrations the App Store doesn't allow (the Edge Rail panel, live system metrics, menu bar meters). That's why it's distributed as a direct download.
Where is my data stored?
Your tasks and notes are stored on your device (locally) first. If you turn on sync, only that data is stored in the cloud, tied to your account. Your system monitoring data is never sent to the cloud.
Does it work offline?
Yes. GlassDo is designed to work fully offline; an internet connection is only needed if sync is turned on.
Which Macs does it run on?
It runs on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs, on macOS 26 or later.
